Senior Team Member

Join the West Side Creamery team as a Senior Team Member! This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or graduate student looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment with competitive pay and a flexible schedule.

In addition to required Scooper Qualities, Senior Team Members help:

• Lead daily operations
• Support and mentor team members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Keep things running smoothly during busy shifts
• Pay starts at $17/hour plus tips

Nights and weekends are required. In return, you’ll enjoy a fun team atmosphere, flexible scheduling, competitive pay—and, of course, free ice cream.

Ice Cream Scooper / Cashier

• Scooper Qualifications:
• 16 years or older
• Must be available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, holidays, and summers
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and perform physically challenging tasks (e.g., lifting 3 ½ lb containers of ice cream, mopping floors, doing dishes, etc.)

Scooper Qualities:

• Must possess a cheerful demeanor and be able to interact in a positive manner with customers, fellow team members, and supervisors
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Respect for safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Understand all ice cream offerings, able to describe flavors, including the difference between allergen and non-allergen offerings
